In order verify that you are a real person and do intend to come to your appointment, we require a $20 deposit to hold your appointment time. This will be applied to your first visit copay/deductible or refunded in the event that you don't have a copay. Deposit will not be refunded or applied to treatment if your appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the appointment time, or you don't show to your appointment. If you wish to schedule an appointment without paying a deposit, you may do so by calling us during business hours.
